But living in South America for the last years, I have come to adopt this habit. I like to vary the way I eat early in the morning, using different products. Fruits, arepas, eggs, sandwiches, omelettes, etc, are the most common ones to eat for breakfast. But today, I want to talk about a different type of breakfast I personally love: Fried Fish. Having fish for breakfast is a very frequent way to start the day in the two colombian coasts; the Caribbean and the Pacific one. And lucky I am to travel to these amazing places often, I have easily adopted this delicious habit.
This tasty fresh sea bass is pan-fried in a lemon and fresh herb tempura batter with pickled carrots and asian style sauce.
So good to start the day this way!!!
Bon profit!
